Responsibilities: • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff Qualifications: • National food and health safety regulations knowledge • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • Customer relationship management experience desired • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
