Compensation • Expected end-of-year earnings: $150,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Bonuses opportunities Responsibilities: • Recruit sales associates by building industry relationships • Share the organization’s value proposition and growth opportunities with prospective and current associates • Oversee and support training programs for new and experienced associates • Lead sales and business meetings focused on team development • Set goals, plan, and support the career growth of sales associates • Research local competition and implement strategies to attract top talent • Conduct performance reviews and offer coaching and guidance to associates Communications/Interactions • Sales Associates: Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers – daily • Lead Generation of Sales Associates: To join the company – daily/weekly • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors: When issues arise – as needed Qualifications: • Extraordinary people skills • Leadership, management, and team-building skills • Goal setting, planning, and accountability skills • Problem-solving skills • Proactive, positive attitude • Above-average recruiting skills • Career development and training skills • Top-producing sales success track record in the recent past • Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate • Computer and MLS experience • Track record of success in past jobs/tasks Compensation: $150,000 + OTE
