As part of the leadership team, you will help shape the vision of the Market Center, strengthen relationships, and implement models and systems that support productivity and growth. We are looking for a Director of Growth who will focus on attracting talent, supporting agent development, and elevating the performance of the Market Center. This opportunity blends leadership, recruiting, coaching, and consulting to help agents succeed at a high level while contributing to a collaborative and thriving culture. Income for this position is $60,000 plus bonus In this position, you will work closely with the Team Leader to execute initiatives that increase agent count, enhance engagement, and ensure new and experienced professionals receive consistent support and direction. Responsibilities: • Recruit and meet with prospective real estate professionals to build a strong talent pipeline • Guide candidates through career conversations and consistent follow up • Support newly licensed and experienced agents with structured business consultations • Help agents identify production goals and implement action plans for consistent results • Strengthen retention through care calls, milestone recognition, and ongoing communication • Lead 90 day onboarding conversations for new agents, including goal setting and progress reviews • Train agents to use Keller Williams technology, tools, and systems to improve productivity • Monitor Market Center performance metrics to support leadership decisions • Facilitate internal culture building through events, communication, and relationship development Qualifications: • Experience in real estate sales, leadership, or agent development • Strong communication and relationship building ability • Organized approach with reliable follow through and accountability • Growth minded and committed to personal and professional development • Ability to coach others in a results based environment • Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one Compensation: $60,000 + bonus
