Keller Williams Prosperity is seeking a Director of Growth to drive production growth, retention, and profitability across our Market Center and three satellite offices in Oakland, Montville, and Kinnelon. You will partner directly with the Team Leader to strengthen the middle of the roster, elevate satellite performance, and build systems that fuel long-term, measurable growth.
