You’ll help us drive our mission and be a main point of contact for the Wilmington office, often working from the front desk and embracing the face-to-face component of this role. Own and manage the execution of the brokerage’s overall marketing strategy: • Social media campaigns and marketing • Video content and marketing • Education calendar and promotional invites • Career nights for new agents • Create and post listing marketing materials (open houses, new listings, closings, etc.) for agents. • Maintain and grow our online presence (website and internal intranet); drive SEO strategy. • Ensure brand consistency across print, digital, and in-person channels. Implement and refine marketing funnels and campaigns that generate new agent leads: • Newsletter marketing • Marketing email and text follow-ups for Team Leader/CEO • Assist in setting appointments with the Team Leader/CEO from marketing efforts Support annual internal agent retention campaigns, including: • Celebrating agent capping, birthdays, and anniversaries • Creating “Powerful Moments” to deepen agent engagement • Plan and execute client appreciation events, including setup and teardown. • Create and manage job postings for agent recruitment. Funnel qualified candidates to leadership. Business Support & Leadership • Lead and develop administrative support team (if applicable). • Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and support Team Leader/CEO. • Ensure high-level responsiveness and service to agents and clients. • Monitor and report on marketing and service performance metrics. • Help scale operations to support brokerage growth. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or agent services (real estate preferred). • Familiarity with CRMs and real estate tools like KW Command, Canva, Google Suite, etc. • Strong marketing/design abilities — Canva, SEO, social media, print/digital. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and timelines. • Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and accountable. • Positive and calm under pressure. • Tech-savvy and adaptable. • Growth-focused, coachable, service-driven, and a team player. • Entrepreneurial mindset, not afraid to take the lead and implement change.
