    Our firm is growing, and we are looking for an experienced marketing professional to drive our marketing strategy, increase lead funnels, and continue building our brand. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, supporting referral-based and B2B marketing efforts, and leading us into our next chapter of growth. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate client growth and revenue • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and trends • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client acquisition and retention efforts • Optimize website and landing pages for increased conversions using A/B testing and user behavior analysis • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and analytics, including CRM data management • Manage budget allocation and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and partnerships to expand the client base • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or related field or at least 5 years of relevant experience) • 4+ years driving marketing strategy and/or marketing campaigns • Proficiency in data analytics (including SEO/SEM) • Strong understanding of referral-based & B2B marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working independently with remote teams Preferred Qualifications • Previous marketing experience in a law firm • Experience with HubSpot • Videography/Photography experience Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 USD yearly
