    We’re looking for a Director of Growth to help us scale our business, strengthen our team, and create consistent results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, developing people, and turning goals into measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work closely with multiple departments, influence strategy, and help shape how we grow—both internally and in the market. Compensation & Benefits • On Target Earnings: $200,000 (Base Salary+Bonus) • Bonus Potential • Paid Time Off • Health Benefits • Profit Share Responsibilities: • Lead and coach a team to improve performance, skill development, and accountability • Set goals, track progress, and use data to drive decisions • Improve processes for lead handling, conversion, and customer experience • Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to support growth initiatives • Identify opportunities for new partnerships, channels, or expansion • Support team members with problem-solving and client challenges • Help create a positive, growth-focused culture Qualifications: • Experience leading people and driving measurable results • Strong communication and coaching skills • Ability to build systems, improve processes, and manage performance • Comfort with data, KPIs, and operational tools • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-moving environment Who You Are • A natural leader who enjoys helping others grow • Practical, organized, and able to execute quickly • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable with change • Motivated by building something sustainable, not just hitting short-term targets Compensation: $200,000+ OTE
