We’re looking for a Director of Growth to lead the charge in scaling our agent productivity, expanding market share, and optimizing business performance. This is a high-impact, forward-facing role ideal for a strategic thinker who also knows how to execute. You’ll work closely with leadership and agents alike to drive results through smart systems, targeted recruiting, and ongoing performance coaching. If you’re someone who understands the entire sales engine—from conversion rates to culture—and can build strategies that scale, this could be your next big opportunity. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (commensurate with experience) • Performance Bonuses: Based on team and business growth metrics • Expected First Year Earnings: $300,000+ OTE Full Benefits Package: • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • 401(k) eligibility after 1 year • PTO and sick leave • Mobile phone stipend Responsibilities: What You’ll DoDrive revenue and productivity. Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve agent output and team growth. • Fuel recruiting and retention. Collaborate with leadership to attract top talent and ensure our value proposition keeps high-performers engaged. • Lead strategic initiatives. Own projects that improve scalability, systematize agent onboarding, and increase market penetration. • Coach for performance. Partner with agents on business planning, pipeline growth, and closing strategies. • Optimize operations. Refine processes, tools, and systems that support scalable, sustainable growth. • Be a cultural anchor. Lead with confidence, positivity, and purpose—cultivating a high-performance, team-first environment. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • A licensed real estate professional or growth leader with significant experience driving business results in a real estate environment. • A proven track record of leading sales teams , scaling operations, or increasing agent productivity. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate KPIs and data into action. • Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills. • Prior experience in training, performance coaching, recruiting , or business development is highly preferred. Compensation: $300,000+ OTE based on performance
