Responsibilities: • Organize meetings with department heads, report on sales activity for the previous and upcoming weeks, and produce a monthly expense report for all hotel sales-related expenses • Formulate sales strategies that sustain high levels of occupancy and profitability in collaboration with department managers and their goals • Generate new revenue by using a targeted outbound sales strategy that includes personal calls in your network, phone solicitation to local professionals, travel agencies, and other groups or corporations Qualifications: • Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and closing • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • Knowledge of computer-based software such as Microsoft Word and Excel • 2+ years of hotel sales experience required Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
