Opening in summer 2025, the Marriott properties at the Georgia National Fairgrounds are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper for our Towneplace Suites and Fairfield by Marriott brands. This 129-room property is located on the Georgia National Fairgrounds. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, including guestrooms, public areas, and laundry services. This hands-on leadership role requires excellent organizational and team management skills, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities: • Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping and laundry team, ensuring high morale and exceptional performance. • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms and public spaces. • Manage scheduling, staff, and daily assignments to ensure coverage and efficiency. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards, health regulations, and safety protocols. • Maintain inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest room amenities. • Collaborate with front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service. • Monitor guest feedback and address any housekeeping-related concerns or complaints. • Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures and checklists. • Manage department budget, labor costs, and productivity metrics. • Train select members of your staff to become inspectors and supervisors. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel or resort setting. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. • Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and hotel industry standards. • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office is a plus. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
