    The Marketing Director will lead all marketing initiatives — from strategic brand development to day-to-day execution. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and leadership to manage campaigns that attract qualified buyers and support our top-performing agents. We are seeking a Marketing Director who can elevate our brand presence, lead creative strategy, and drive measurable growth across listings, agents, and community engagement. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with brokerage growth goals • Manage brand identity across all platforms (digital, print, video, signage, and social media) • Oversee listing marketing from photography and staging to ad copy, brochures, and digital promotion • Direct paid advertising, social media, and email campaigns with strong ROI tracking • Lead website content, SEO/SEM, and CRM marketing automations • Coordinate luxury events, open houses, and sponsorships that enhance community visibility • Collaborate with agents on personalized marketing strategies and property launch campaigns • Supervise internal and freelance creative teams (designers, copywriters, videographers, etc.) • Track performance metrics, report insights, and continuously optimize campaigns Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s a plus) • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in real estate • Proven success managing digital campaigns and brand strategy • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and email CRM platforms • Experience working directly with sales agents or creative teams Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
