The Marketing Director (local, in-office position) is a strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for overseeing all marketing and lead generation initiatives for The Reynolds Team. This person will manage and mentor the marketing department—including the Creative Director, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Videographer—while developing and executing comprehensive campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert leads across all platforms. They will balance creativity with analytics, ensuring that every campaign delivers measurable impact and contributes directly to the company’s growth goals. This role will also lead the company’s recruitment marketing efforts, creating campaigns and systems that attract top real estate agents. Responsibilities: Leadership & Management • Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team to perform at a high level of collaboration, accountability, and creativity. • Provide coaching, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities for department members. • Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's core values and business objectives. • Partner closely with the Sales Manager and Inside Sales Manager to align marketing and lead generation goals with sales pipeline needs. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization • Own and oversee the company’s entire lead generation strategy—digital, social, video, print, and community-based channels. • Create, implement, and monitor campaigns that attract new leads and re-engage past or inactive ones. • Evaluate and refine lead sources regularly to ensure strong ROI and scalability. • Track key metrics such as cost per lead, cost per appointment, and conversion rates from campaign to closing. • Oversee recruitment lead generation by developing and managing campaigns that attract and nurture potential agents. Strategy & Campaign Development • Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, community engagement, and talent attraction. • Manage the annual marketing calendar and budget to ensure consistent activity and optimized spend. • Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge. • Ensure campaigns are cohesive across all media and resonate with both local and relocation audiences. • Collaborate with leadership and operations to design recruitment campaigns highlighting team culture, growth opportunities, and success stories. Analytics & Performance • Track and report marketing KPIs weekly and monthly, including lead flow, conversion, and campaign ROI. • Analyze performance trends and make data-informed recommendations for improvement. • Use insights to drive smarter targeting, messaging, and budget allocation decisions. • Track and report performance of recruitment campaigns, including applicant flow, cost per applicant, and quality-of-hire metrics. • Track and report performance of recruitment campaigns, including applicant flow, cost per applicant, and quality-of-hire metrics. Creative & Digital Oversight • Provide leadership to the Videographer, Creative Director, and Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain consistent, high-quality content production. • Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and effectively communicate The Reynolds Team’s value proposition. • Oversee website content, paid ads, SEO, social media, video, and email marketing. Qualifications: • 5+ years in marketing leadership with proven success managing lead generation and digital marketing performance. • Strong understanding of real estate marketing funnels, paid lead platforms, and CRM-based nurturing systems. • Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Studio. • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. • Creative thinker who can balance strategic vision with flawless execution. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
