About the Role:
Project New Generation LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead and elevate our clinical care team in Glendale, AZ. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape the quality of patient care, mentor nursing staff, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities:
Oversee all nursing operations, staffing, and clinical care delivery to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with state and federal regulations
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor nursing staff to build a high-performing clinical team
Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements
Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Conduct performance evaluations, manage disciplinary actions, and foster a culture of accountability and compassion
Analyze clinical data and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility for licensure)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree (MSN) preferred
Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing leadership or management experience
Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop nursing teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcome tracking
