About the Opportunity ChuckTown Homes Powered by LPT Realty is looking for a virtual, full-time Director of Operations. This role is critical in stepping in as the operational driver of the business, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution across all departments. You will act as the integrator, bringing vision to life, leading people, and building systems that allow the company to scale.
