Compensation: • Salary range: $45,000-$55,000 • Performance-based bonuses • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development opportunities • A supportive and collaborative work environment Responsibilities: Agent & Team Support • Assist and support the owner in both business and administrative areas. • Support multiple agents with scheduling, coordination, and whatever they need to stay productive. • Screen and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and coordinate appointments. • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed. Marketing & Database Management • Maintain the team’s CRM and database management systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Coordinate and execute marketing efforts for listings, the business, and the team through social media, digital marketing, and other channels. • Prepare polished listing presentations and advertising campaigns that drive visibility and results. Contract-to-Close & Client Experience • Oversee transaction and listing coordination, from contract to close. • Guide clients through the process, ensuring they have an extraordinary experience. • Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and maintain compliance with legal requirements. Operations & Financial Management • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow across the team. • Track expenses accurately and assist with budgeting. • Build, implement, and optimize systems for communication, financial management, information tracking, and process improvement. Leadership & Growth • Supervise and support transaction management staff, including onboarding, training, and evaluations. • Help recruit, hire, and hold team members accountable as the business grows. • Love checklists, to-do lists, and paperwork—and inspire others to embrace accountability and excellence.
