Now, we’re looking for a sharp, people-first, systems-minded Operations Manager to keep this ship running smoothly and scaling smart. This role is the heartbeat of the business; a steady, organized leader who thrives in the details and keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. You won’t be managing transactions or creating marketing graphics, but you will support both by ensuring that every system is humming, every team member is equipped, and every moving part is connected. Compensation: • Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience • Bonus / Profit Share Potential based on team performance • Paid Holidays and PTO • Leadership that actually cares about you as a person • A front-row seat to company growth and career advancement opportunities • A chance to work with a close-knit, community-loving team doing meaningful work every day Responsibilities: Keep the Operations Engine Running • Maintain and improve internal systems, CRMs, workflows, and checklists across both real estate and construction divisions. • Manage all day-to-day office logistics: ordering supplies, coordinating cleaning services, answering emails/calls, and keeping things on track. • Keep digital and physical project folders clean, updated, and accessible. Support the Team Behind the Scenes • Coordinate across departments and support collaboration between the Transaction Manager, Marketing Manager, and Construction Team. • Help manage onboarding for new team members and agents. • Assist with internal communications, team bonding, and biweekly trainings. • Support HR needs, training, and office culture initiatives. Deliver Amazing Client Experiences • Partner with Marketing to plan and execute client appreciation events and community outreach. • Help with client gifting programs, home anniversary/birthday touches, and referral rewards. • Take the lead on VIP gift deliveries, mailers, contest logistics, and event coordination. • Occasionally support with travel bookings, decorating birthdays, or setting up events—yes, even the cake. Be a Community Connector • Act as our community liaison —helping us stay visible, involved, and engaged in Fort Worth through events, outreach, and local partnerships. Qualifications: • Proven experience in an operational, administrative, or coordination role (real estate, construction, or events experience is a plus). • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail—checklists are your love language. • Self-motivated and proactive, you take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, warm, and professional. • Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities and deadlines. • Tech-savvy with experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), CRMs, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace. • Comfortable supporting leadership and managing confidential or sensitive information with discretion. • Growth-minded and eager to develop within a purpose-driven company. • Friendly, calm under pressure, and motivated by supporting a team behind the scenes. • Willing and able to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX , with involvement in community-related events and team operations.
