    Tyre Law Group, PC is seeking a highly capable, execution-driven Director of Operations to lead the business side of the firm and serve as the CEO’s right hand. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn ideas into action, build structure where things are slipping through the cracks, and drive the systems, accountability, and operational discipline that keep the firm running at a high standard. You will oversee all non-legal operations of the firm, improve workflows and processes, lead core people operations, and ensure priorities are executed clearly and consistently. This is not a traditional office manager role. We are looking for a strong operator who can bring order, follow-through, and accountability across the organization. We take a relationship-first approach with clients and aim to deliver a warm, professional, and human experience while helping families protect what matters most. The Director of Operations will play a major role in shaping firm culture, reinforcing standards, and helping the team operate as a cohesive, high-performing group. This role also requires comfort representing the firm professionally at live events and supporting presentations as needed. Responsibilities: • Lead all day-to-day non-legal operations of the firm and keep the business running in a clear, organized, and efficient way • Translate the CEO’s ideas and priorities into clear plans, systems, and execution across the team • Build, refine, and maintain workflows, SOPs, internal processes, and operational infrastructure • Track KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability, follow-through, and timely completion of priorities • Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, training, and other core HR and people operations processes • Strengthen internal communication rhythms, documentation, role clarity, and team coordination across the firm • Help shape and maintain a strong, positive firm culture and represent the firm professionally at live events as needed Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, practice management, or a similar leadership role • Proven ability to build systems, improve processes, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment • Experience managing people, performance, and accountability with clear follow-through • Strong organizational judgment and the ability to create order, structure, and consistency • Comfortable working closely with an owner or CEO as a trusted execution partner • Strong communication skills, including confidence with public speaking and representing the firm at live events • Law firm or professional services experience is preferred Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 yearly
