    As the Director of Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind our daily operations, leading with precision and vision to integrate processes, boost profitability, and elevate team performance. Your leadership will empower Department Managers, streamline systems, and ensure unparalleled customer service, shaping the future of our growing HVAC company. Compensation- Commensurate with Experience Responsibilities: • Oversee and integrate daily operations across multiple departments for maximum efficiency and success. • Set and achieve sales, revenue, and gross profit targets through strategic planning and execution. • Mentor and guide Department Managers to foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. • Monitor KPIs, performance standards, and workflows to optimize operational efficiency. • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and quality service delivery. • Lead hiring, training, and staff development to build a skilled and motivated workforce. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to align operations with company goals. • Implement standardized procedures and action plans to minimize cancellations and callbacks. Qualifications: Education & Experience: • 4+ years of management experience (HVAC or service industry preferred but not required). • High school diploma (college degree preferred). • Formal sales training and some HVAC knowledge preferred. Skills & Traits: • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a talent for integrating processes and teams. • Strategic thinker with a focus on measurable outcomes and operational excellence. • Strong communicator, adept at motivating teams and building customer relationships. • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating efficient, scalable systems. • Proficient with service management software (e.g., Service Titan)
