Director of Operations & Strategy Claremont & Santa Monica, CA (Travel Required) Human Element Real Estate is hiring a Director of Operations & Strategy to help lead, align, and scale our brokerage across multiple offices. This role sits directly under the CEO and works closely with the President. You will be the operational backbone of the company, turning vision into execution, numbers into decisions, and goals into results. This is not an administrative role. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, data, and follow-through by closing circles. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Responsible For • Own day-to-day brokerage operations across all current and future locations • Build, manage, and report on KPIs, dashboards, sales metrics, and agent performance • Run weekly and monthly operating rhythms (scorecards, goal tracking, accountability meetings) • Keep leadership and staff aligned on priorities, deadlines, and execution • Close loops — nothing falls through the cracks • Identify operational gaps and proactively solve them • Partner with leadership on strategy, growth initiatives, recruiting support, and execution • Hold team members accountable to commitments (including leadership) • Travel regularly between offices (Claremont, Santa Monica, and new locations as we expand) Qualifications: Who This Role Is For • A strong operator who loves numbers, systems, and execution • Someone who can lead without ego, but isn’t afraid to push back • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure • Strategic thinker who also enjoys being hands-on • Excellent communicator who can manage multiple personalities and priorities • Obsessed with follow-through and accountability Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. We are open to operators from other industries who know how to run complex organizations. Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000 yearly
