As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery, safety compliance, and superior product quality. You’ll lead multiple departments, manage key performance metrics, and implement systems that drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience) • Bonus Opportunity • Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life & AD&D, Voluntary Life & AD&D • Income Protection: Short- and Long-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Plans • Perks: Paid Time Off, Paid Lifetime Fitness Gym Membership Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all production operations, including scheduling, staff, equipment, and material flow • Act as the company’s Safety Officer, ensuring full compliance with health and safety protocols • Supervise and support key team leaders: Shop Managers, CAD/Programming Leads, Measurement Technicians, and Material Handlers • Monitor daily output and take swift action to remove bottlenecks or delays • Oversee maintenance and performance of machinery, reducing downtime and maximizing efficiency • Develop and implement workflow systems that enhance productivity and quality • Manage labor costs, control material usage, and ensure budget adherence across departments • Set and track productivity goals, holding departments accountable for performance • Drive onboarding and training to ensure new hires are equipped to succeed • Report directly to company leadership, providing clear updates on goals, progress, and issues Qualifications: • Proven leadership experience in operations or production management, ideally in manufacturing or fabrication environments • Strong track record in team building, process improvement, and budget management • Deep understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards • Sharp critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure • Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and production planning tools (preferred) • Excellent communication, organization, and strategic planning abilities Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000+ On Target Earnings
