    As Director of Operations, you'll work directly with Aubree Lewis to transform vision into execution. Your role is to build the systems, accountability, and operational excellence that allow our business to continue growing while freeing Aubree to focus on leadership, relationships, content creation, innovation, and lead generation. This is not a role for someone who simply wants to maintain operations. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, improving, and scaling businesses. Compensation: Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Paid Time Off Bonus Opportunity Health Stipend Responsibilities: • Operations & Systems: Build, document, and continually improve company systems and workflows. Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation. Lead special projects and identify opportunities for greater efficiency through technology, automation, and AI. Oversee vendors, office operations, and business infrastructure. Marketing & Media Operations: Oversee the systems, processes, and execution behind our marketing department. Manage marketing calendars, content production workflows, project timelines, and vendor relationships. Ensure marketing initiatives remain on brand, on schedule, and aligned with business goals. Possess a strong understanding of YouTube as a core business and lead generation platform, not simply another social media channel. This role requires the ability to strategically oversee content planning, video production workflows, branding, SEO, audience growth, analytics, and marketing performance while leading the team responsible for execution and holding them accountable for results. • Sales Operations: Monitor marketing performance, lead generation metrics, and ROI while continuously improving systems that support growth. Build accountability systems that help our sales team perform at a high level. Track KPIs, scorecards, lead generation metrics, and company performance. Oversee agent onboarding, training systems, and implementation of proven processes. • Financial & Business Operations: Support recruiting efforts and help create an environment where top talent wants to build a career. Oversee budgets, commissions, payroll coordination, reporting, and financial systems. • Leadership Monitor business performance and provide leadership with meaningful operational insights. Hire, train, coach, and hold administrative team members accountable to high performance standards. Partner with leadership to drive accountability across the sales team through systems, performance tracking, coaching, and consistent follow-through. Lead through clear expectations, effective communication, and operational excellence. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and results. Develop and implement accountability systems that help every team member achieve individual and company goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain one). 3+ years of leadership or operations experience in a high-growth or forward-moving environment. Proactive, organized, and high initiative. Proven experience building systems, documenting processes, and improving operational efficiency. Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and KPI management. Working knowledge of YouTube as a business growth platform , including content strategy, production workflows, branding, lead generation, and marketing analytics. You won't be creating the content, but you'll be responsible for leading the systems and people behind it. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Passion for technology, automation, AI, and continuous improvement. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
