Director Of Operations
We’re seeking a full-time, in-office Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the backend systems of our high-performing real estate team in Grand Junction, Colorado. This is a W-2 role offering a base salary of $65,000–$75,000, performance-based bonuses, and a benefits package that includes a Simple IRA and 10 days of paid time off annually. This is more than a coordinator role—we’re looking for a strategic operator who can partner directly with the team owner to translate vision into systems, bring order to complexity, and move projects from idea to implementation. Responsibilities: • Manage all phases of the transaction lifecycle • Monitor and analyze team performance and pipeline progress • Plan and implement marketing initiatives and collateral • Lead internal team meetings and ensure action steps are completed • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members—including sales agents, transaction coordinators, and administrative staff—as the team expands • Support database management, client follow-up systems, and automation • Maintain and improve operational checklists, templates, and systems Qualifications: • Proven ability to lead projects and balance competing priorities • Experienced in using CRMs, data management tools, spreadsheets, and workflow automation systems • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to completing tasks thoroughly • Capable of running meetings, setting timelines, and following up • Strong written and oral communication abilities • Confident working independently while aligning with team goals • Able to create, maintain, and refine systems to improve efficiency Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
