You must live in the Charleston, SC area to be considered. Our main office is located in North Charleston on Centre Pointe Drive, though there will be some travel to Columbia, Greenville, and other locations across the state will be required. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily firm operations • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance firm culture • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and workflows • Oversee the firm’s case management platform and drive adoption of technology across all departments • Develop and enforce firm-wide policies, procedures, and compliance standards • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and facilities • Partner closely with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure operational decisions are grounded in firm financials • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Partners on all operational matters, working in close coordination with the CFO and HR • Lead special projects and firm-wide initiatives, including technology upgrades and growth planning • Represent firm leadership internally and help set the tone for the firm’s culture and direction • Serve as the point of contact for existing office buildings, facilities needs, and expansions Qualifications: • 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or high-growth service organization • Demonstrated success managing teams of 15 or more people across multiple functions • Comfort working alongside a CFO and HR Manager — you don’t need to own finance or HR, but you need to speak both languages fluently and collaborate effectively across those functions • Proven ability to build and optimize processes at scale • Proficiency with case management software and legal technology platforms (experience with platforms such as Litify, Clio, or similar is a plus) • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, JD, or relevant advanced degree is a plus Compensation: $90,000 - $135,000
