    The Turner Group seeks a Director of Operations to oversee the structure, execution, and internal performance of a growing real estate organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the business operates efficiently, predictably, and at a high standard. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization. This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process. Compensation: • Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: • Lead and optimize efficient operations • Translate strategy into measurable outcomes • Set high-level standards and workflows • Manage and hold operational staff accountable • Optimize resources, vendors, and budgets • Forecast and develop new opportunities for ancillary income that support the business model. • Collaborate closely with lead agents to scale the organization through increased infrastructure optimization • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business strategies • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics • Coordinate the recruitment, training, and development of staff and agents • Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction • Monitor market trends and competition to adjust operational strategies accordingly Qualifications: • Senior-level operations experience in real estate is required • Proven ability to build and scale systems • Strong analytical and performance-management skills • Executive presence with sound judgment and decision-making Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 base salary
