Job Summary:

As a high-achiever Area Director, you would act as the key link between headquarters and assigned district’s branches. You will help branches stay up to date with company policies and you will ensure focus on increasing sales and building productive customers’ relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of district’s day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in the Casual or Fine Dining Restaurant industry, required.

Demonstrated track record of maintaining long-term employment and stability in current and previous positions. Proven district management working experience

BS/MA in Business Administration required.

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management. Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.

Exceptional guest service skills are fundamental, with the ability to be attentive, responsive, and capable of building strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that arise.

Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
