Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing • Leading, hiring, training, and holding the ops team accountable • Optimizing systems (AppFolio, SOPs, RTMs) • Driving owner satisfaction, tenant happiness, and net profitability • Solving problems before they start • Running the ops department like a well-oiled machine What You WON’T Be Doing: • Playing middle manager in a broken system • Juggling a portfolio and getting no help • Getting blamed for everything with zero authority • Watching your big ideas collect dust Qualifications: This Role Is For You If You: • Have 5+ years of residential property management experience • Have 2+ years in a leadership role • Are comfortable leading teams and optimizing systems • Are Charleston-based and ready to go all-in • Want your fingerprints on something real — and the seat that comes with it Compensation: $75,000
