We’re seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Recruiting to lead our sales strategy and oversee the recruitment of top talent to elevate our company to new heights. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually On-Target Earnings: $300,000+ based on performance Benefits: • Company benefits eligible after 90 days • Paid Time Off and Sick Leave • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • 401(k) Program: Eligible after 1 year • Mobile Phone Stipend Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales and recruiting plans to drive revenue and team growth. • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and company-wide targets. • Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top-performing real estate agents. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners. • Analyze sales performance data and talent metrics to identify new opportunities. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between sales and recruiting strategies. • Manage the development of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Director of Sales, Recruiting Manager, or similar leadership role. • Strong leadership and team development skills with a results-driven approach. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly. • Experience in sales operations, recruitment marketing, and performance management. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred. Compensation: $300,0000+ Based on Performance
