Responsibilities: • Build customer loyalty while generating new revenue by developing long-term relationships • Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand • Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies • Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business • Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans Qualifications: • Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel • Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department • This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
