The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading Richard's Kitchen Store's sales, marketing, and business development strategies to drive profitable growth and strengthen the company's market presence. This executive leadership role oversees the inside and outside sales teams, marketing initiatives, customer experience, and key account development while fostering a high-performance, accountable culture. The Director works with Exec management to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, builds lasting relationships with commercial customers and industry partners, and uses data-driven performance metrics to improve revenue, profitability, customer retention, and operational efficiency. Working closely with executive management, this position plays a critical role in shaping the company's long-term growth strategy while ensuring exceptional customer service and consistent brand representation. The ideal candidate is a proven sales and marketing leader with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing people, growing market share, and delivering measurable results. PAY WILL BE BASED ON RESULTS, COMMISSIONS, INCENTIVES, AND BENEFITS. Responsibilities: • Build and foster strong customer relationships and handle complaints to ensure their needs are met and keep their business • Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals • Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success • Mentor your team, evaluate their sales performance, and help them improve • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals • Must be willing to SELL, HELP SELL, and ENJOY SELLING Qualifications: • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Displays a proven track record of sales success • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department Compensation: $87,000 at plan earnings
