Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually • On-Target Earnings: $300,000+ based on performance Benefits include: • Company benefits are eligible after 90 days • Paid Time Off and Sick Leave • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • 401(k) Program (eligible after 1 year) • Mobile Phone Stipend Responsibilities: • Develop and lead strategic sales plans to drive growth • Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team • Recruit high-level agents to the team • Establish and refine sales processes, metrics, and accountability • Align sales objectives with overall business goals • Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities • Ensure compliance with regulations, legal standards, and policies Qualifications: • Real Estate Experience is a must • Successful track record as a Director of Sales, Sales Manager, or senior sales leader • Skilled in leading and scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings • CRM experience is required; Follow Up Boss experience is preferred • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship management skills • Experienced in sales operations, forecasting, and performance optimization Compensation: $300,0000+ Based On Performance
