We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to lead our property’s sales and marketing strategy. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth across multiple market segments, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, and representing the property in the community and industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven hotel sales expertise and a passion for hospitality excellence. You’ll oversee sales efforts, manage RFP responses, analyze market data, and collaborate closely with operations and revenue management to maximize occupancy and profitability. Responsibilities: • Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across corporate, group, and leisure market segments. • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through brand systems, management company resources, and third-party platforms. • Analyze market trends and top account production to identify new business opportunities. • Actively engage in local market outreach through direct sales calls, client visits, networking events, and community partnerships. • Lead all hotel sales and marketing activities to meet or exceed revenue, productivity, and booking goals. Qualifications: • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a hospitality environment. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build long-term client relationships. • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. • Minimum 3 years of on-property hotel sales experience (Director-level or senior sales manager experience preferred). • High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
