Responsibilities: Your MissionBuild a championship-level sales team from top reps to elite closers. • Coach and scale the existing sales team to peak performance. • Target and serve high-value clients with a premium experience. • Design scalable systems, scorecards, and playbooks for statewide growth. • Partner with the CEO to drive expansion and consistent revenue growth.
