We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to lead our property’s sales and marketing strategy. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth across multiple market segments, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, and representing the property in the community and industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven hotel sales expertise and a passion for hospitality excellence. You’ll oversee sales efforts, manage RFP responses, analyze market data, and collaborate closely with operations and revenue management to maximize occupancy and profitability. Responsibilities: • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and key account performance to uncover new business opportunities. • Develop and execute effective sales plans for all market segments and territories. • Identify, generate, and nurture leads through brand channels, management company resources, and third-party platforms. • Maintain active local sales solicitation through direct calls, client visits, and community events. • Direct all hotel sales and marketing initiatives to consistently achieve or exceed revenue, productivity, and booking objectives. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to grow occupancy, ADR, and long-term room nights Build and maintain strong relationships with key local demand generators, including: • Construction and trades • Corporate and project-based business • Relocation and housing agencies • Healthcare, education, and government accounts • Actively prospect new business through in-person sales calls, networking, site visits, and community engagement • Negotiate and manage local corporate and project contracts • Collaborate with the General Manager and revenue team to optimize pricing, length-of-stay strategies, and account production • Track and report on sales activity, pipelines, and performance metrics • Position Everhome Suites Bozeman as the preferred choice for extended-stay travelers in the market Qualifications: • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue goals within the hospitality industry. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., sales automation, CRM). • High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation: $63,000 - $68,000 + Benefits & Bonus
