We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to spearhead our property’s sales and marketing initiatives. This key leadership position is responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and the local community. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and a genuine commitment to service excellence. You will lead sales efforts across multiple segments, manage RFP processes, analyze performance trends, and collaborate with the operations and revenue teams to optimize occupancy and profitability. Responsibilities: • Maintain active local sales solicitation through direct calls, client visits, and community events. • Identify, generate, and nurture leads through brand channels, management company resources, and third-party platforms. • Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across corporate, group, and leisure market segments. • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and key account performance to uncover new business opportunities. • Direct all hotel sales and marketing initiatives to consistently achieve or exceed revenue, productivity, and booking objectives. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to grow occupancy, ADR, and long-term room nights Build and maintain strong relationships with key local demand generators, including: • Construction and trades • Corporate and project-based business • Relocation and housing agencies • Healthcare, education, and government accounts • Actively prospect new business through in-person sales calls, networking, site visits, and community engagement • Negotiate and manage local corporate and project contracts • Collaborate with the General Manager and revenue team to optimize pricing, length-of-stay strategies, and account production • Track and report on sales activity, pipelines, and performance metrics • Position Everhome Suites Bozeman as the preferred choice for extended-stay travelers in the market Qualifications: • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and fostering positive client partnerships. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., sales automation, CRM). • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a hospitality environment. Compensation: $63,000 - $68,000 + Benefits & Bonus
