In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth across multiple market segments, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, and representing the property in the community and industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven hotel sales expertise and a passion for hospitality excellence. You’ll oversee sales efforts, manage RFP responses, analyze market data, and collaborate closely with operations and revenue management to maximize occupancy and profitability. Responsibilities: • Identify, generate, and nurture leads through brand channels, management company resources, and third-party platforms. • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and key account performance to uncover new business opportunities. • Lead all hotel sales and marketing activities to meet or exceed revenue, productivity, and booking goals. • Actively engage in local market outreach through direct sales calls, client visits, networking events, and community partnerships. • Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across corporate, group, and leisure market segments. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of on-property hotel sales experience, with prior Director-level or senior sales manager experience strongly preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue goals within the hospitality industry. • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel locally as business needs require. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., sales automation, CRM). Compensation: $50,000 + Benefits & Bonus
