We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Sales who thrives on meeting new people and achieving results. In this role, you will: • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that drives measurable revenue growth • Identify and cultivate new business across corporate, group, extended-stay, and local segments • Strengthen existing partnerships to create repeat and referral business • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed goals • Collaborate closely with hotel leadership to align sales strategies with overall performance objectives We’re seeking a driven leader with 3+ years of sales experience who brings creativity, accountability, and a strong closing mindset. Responsibilities: • Partner with Revenue Management to develop and adjust group and LNR rate strategies that optimize Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) and overall profitability. • Direct all hotel sales and marketing initiatives to consistently achieve or exceed revenue, productivity, and booking objectives. • Maintain active local sales solicitation through direct calls, client visits, and community events. • Represent the hotel professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand reputation and drive business. • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and key account performance to uncover new business opportunities. Qualifications: • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a hospitality environment. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel sales platforms, including CRM and sales automation systems. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 annually to start + bonus & commission
