You likely have: A successful track record in residential real estate sales Leadership experience within a brokerage, real estate team, or similar organization Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills A passion for recruiting and retaining top real estate professionals Strong organizational, planning, and accountability skills The ability to influence, motivate, and inspire others An understanding of business metrics and financial performance Experience with Keller Williams systems and models is a plus, but not required Compensation: $125,000-$150,000 First Year On-Target Earnings Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Leadership Development & Coaching Career Growth Opportunities within Keller Williams Responsibilities: • • Lead the strategic growth initiatives to expand our Market Center's presence and influence. • Recruit top-tier real estate professionals by building meaningful relationships and showcasing our unique culture. • Develop and implement effective training programs to elevate the skills and success of our agents. • Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment where agents feel supported and motivated. • Drive accountability by setting clear goals and providing regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement. • Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and market trends. • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our operations. Qualifications: 2+ years of successful residential real estate sales experience preferred. Previous leadership, coaching, or management experience is strongly preferred. Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one if required). Strong recruiting, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with strong business acumen. Comfortable using CRM systems, MLS, and standard business technology. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 OTE
