The Director of Sales & Growth plays a pivotal role in growing and leading the Residential Sales Team. Your primary focus will be agent recruitment and driving team productivity. You’ll serve as the face of the division, working closely with leadership to implement recruiting systems, performance accountability, and culture-building practices that ensure sustainable success. You’ll be supported by coaching, training, and proven systems, but it’s your drive, leadership, and consistency that will move the needle. Compensation • Earning Potential up to $120,000+ (base+commission)Recruiting Bonus: Earn bonuses for each successful new agent recruited • Team Profit Share Override: Based on the profitability of the residential team • Ownership Opportunity: Work toward a long-term stake in the business We believe in rewarding leadership, not just management, and we’ve built a package to reflect that. Responsibilities: • Proactively recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the residential sales team • Lead weekly productivity huddles and one-on-one accountability meetings • Track KPIs and performance metrics for agents and identify areas for growth • Implement and follow daily recruiting systems (e.g., minimum outreach goals) • Collaborate with leadership to shape the strategic vision for the division • Cultivate and reinforce a positive, high-performance team culture • Execute a clear 30-60-90 day plan to hit recruiting milestones Qualifications: • Proven experience in agent recruitment, sales leadership, or team development • Strong interpersonal skills – high sociability, influence, and assertiveness • Ability to follow structured systems and processes with consistency • Comfortable with accountability and coaching frameworks • Real estate experience preferred, but not required • Must be proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented Compensation: $120,000+ OTE
