Rolling Hills Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to oversee sales efforts for the Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Kenwood. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and sales skills. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for the property. • Mentor a sales coordinator by providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (group and transient), corporate clients, and local businesses to drive business and secure long-term partnerships. • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. • Collaborate to create promotional campaigns, packages, and initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness. • Represent the property at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotels and generate leads. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue and booking trends, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue potential. • Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures across all sales activities. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable plans. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Hilton, Marriott systems). • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
