We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to drive sales strategies, optimize revenue, and build lasting client relationships across multiple locations. In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring that sales efforts align with our mission to elevate relationships, reputation, and returns in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with hotel operations and marketing initiatives. • Engage with existing accounts regularly and manage ongoing sales opportunities through a CRM system. • Identify, pursue, and follow up on new sales opportunities in key market segments. • Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to maximize revenue. • Lead the sales team in executing regional strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary for business. • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and sales reporting tools. Compensation: $85,000+ Eligibility for bonus
