    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue generation efforts for the Hilton Garden Inn Gilroy. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building key relationships, and maximizing hotel profitability through group, corporate, and local market segments. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals • Drive group, corporate, and negotiated business to the hotel • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships • Manage and grow key accounts, including corporate, SMERF, and local partnerships • Conduct outside sales calls, site tours, and client presentations • Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community functions • Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM activity Qualifications: • Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of Hilton systems and brand standards preferred • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong organizational and analytical abilities • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Delphi, OnQ, or similar hotel sales systems is a plus Compensation: $100,000 - $105,000 + bonus potential
