You will be in charge of developing our sales strategy and revenue objectives, training and assessing our sales employees, and ensuring that we create new and recurring business. Responsibilities: • Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead and inspire a team of real estate agents, providing consistent support, guidance, and mentorship to help them meet their individual and collective sales goals. • Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies that align with the team’s goals, ensuring consistent lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion. • Training & Development: Lead ongoing training sessions to improve skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Offer personalized coaching for both seasoned agents and new recruits. • Motivation & Support: Maintain a high level of motivation within the team through regular one-on-one meetings, team-building activities, and encouragement. • Performance Management: Track and assess agent performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary to maximize results. • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients while overseeing agent-client interactions to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction. • Collaboration & Communication: Foster a collaborative environment where agents are encouraged to share best practices and challenges, helping each other succeed. • Goal Setting & Accountability: Set clear, measurable goals for the team and individual agents, monitoring performance to ensure accountability and success. Qualifications: • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills • Previous hospitality industry experience preferred but not required • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role with a successful track record in real estate sales. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high levels of success. • Money-motivated with a results-driven mindset, passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop trust and build rapport with team members and clients. • High "D" and "I" personality traits – assertive, goal-oriented, and confident, with the ability to make quick decisions and take charge of situations. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others grow and succeed in their careers. • High level of patience and empathy to support agents through both challenges and achievements. • Active real estate license and knowledge of local real estate market trends. • Proficiency in CRM systems and other real estate management software is preferred. • Experience in recruitment and talent development is a plus. Compensation: $100,000+ DOE
