Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000 Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities • Recruit at a high level Implement OP’s vision • Use the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits • Attain a dominant market share in target markets • Share Market Center value/opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associates • Share Market Center value with recruits Research competition and develop business prospecting • Generate new revenue by using a targeted outbound sales strategy that includes personal calls in your network, phone solicitation to local professionals, travel agencies, and other groups or corporations Qualifications: • Recruiting experience is a must • Strong Interpersonal Skills • Leadership experience Prior experience of 5+ years as a sales professional in a related field is preferred • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000 at plan yearly
