    Do you thrive on driving daily sales performance and holding people accountable to results? This is a hands-on sales leadership role focused on execution. You will work inside the business, mainly coaching agents, tracking activity, and making sure deals move forward. A Director of Sales is needed to drive daily agent performance through hands-on coaching, structure, and accountability at Keller Williams Prosperity Realty. What's the deal? OTE: $90,000–$100,000 (based on performance) Bonuses and Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Coach agents on lead conversion and follow-up • Track daily and weekly sales activity • Run weekly accountability and pipeline meetings • Improve consistency in agent performance • Support scripts, role play, and sales skills • Reinforce standards and execution across the office Qualifications: • Hands-on coach who drives daily action • Strong background in sales leadership • Focused on activity, conversion, and results • Highly organized and consistent • Clear and direct communicator • Real estate experience preferred Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 On Target Earnings based on performance
