Responsibilities: • Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons • Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients • Produce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategies • Assess the company's success by consulting with sales managers and stakeholders • Analyze market trends to determine pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand Qualifications: • Prior sales and marketing experience of 5+ years, including some in a sales management role, is required • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel • This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department
