Responsibilities: • Produce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategies • Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients • Assess the company's success by consulting with sales managers and stakeholders • Utilize marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other techniques to continuously seek new business • Analyze market trends to determine pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department • Prior hotel sales experience is required Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
