We seek motivated people who can answer "Yes!" to one of the following questions: • Do you have sales or managerial experience in another industry? • Have you previously run your own career? • Do you have an MBA or other equivalent degree? If so, the Accelerated Path to Management Program may be right for you. In the Accelerated Path to Management Program, you’ll start off as a financial professional, learning how to sell our products, building client relationships, and meeting specific requirements before transitioning into a management role. You’ll then undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime you for success as a manager. You will use that experience to understand how to recruit and coach others to success. Responsibilities: • Must be able to commute to Uniondale, NY office 3x a week, live within 30 miles of Nassau County. • Lead and inspire a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion. • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Mentor and coach team members, empowering them to reach their full potential and advance their careers. • Monitor sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and success. Qualifications: • Must be able to commute to our Nassau County Uniondale office 3x a week. • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in a dynamic environment. • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive growth. • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their potential. • Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team culture. • Experience in the finance industry is preferred, but not required; a passion for financial well-being is essential. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,00 yearly
