This high-impact leadership role blends sales operations, agent development, coaching, and business management to ensure consistent performance and market growth. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, drive accountability around performance metrics, coach agents to higher levels of production, and maintain operational excellence across all systems. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually Bonus Potential: • $10,000–$20,000+ in the first year • $20,000+ after the first full year Profit Share: • 2% of net profit growth year-over-year (paid monthly in arrears) Production Bonus: • 5% of GCI on the first 5 transactions of new agents (paid monthly in arrears) Benefits Include: • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) plan (eligible after 6 months) • Paid Time Off (PTO): • 2 weeks vacation (accrued) • 3 days sick leave (accrued) Responsibilities: Sales Operations & Performance Management • Assign team-generated appointments strategically to maximize conversion rates. • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust appointment distribution as needed. • Provide hands-on coaching to new agents during their first five transactions. • Support agents with writing listing agreements, buyer agreements, and contracts. • Maintain consistent execution of EmpowerHome systems and processes. • Enforce CRM best practices, including follow-up and pipeline management. • Track, analyze, and report agent conversion data to meet office goals. • Ensure agents ramp into production quickly and maintain consistent performance. Operational Leadership • Oversee all daily operational activities within the Austin office. • Train and support operational staff, including listing managers and transaction coordinators. • Manage budgets, AP/AR tracking, and expense approvals. • Oversee compliance, leases, and financial documentation with the Market Center. • Cross-train in operational roles to ensure continuity and coverage. • Maintain efficient office systems to support smooth business operations. Onboarding & Training • Lead onboarding and launch for all new agents. • Introduce new hires to EmpowerHome processes, culture, and systems. • Coach agents on conversion, client service, and sales excellence. • Support agents in building early momentum and consistent production. Team & Client Experience • Plan and execute team events and client appreciation events with HQ Marketing. • Serve as the communication conduit between local staff and EmpowerHome HQ leadership. • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and positive team culture. Systems Management & Reporting • Review tracking software (CTE or similar) daily for accuracy. • Oversee CRM systems, follow-up processes, and objection-handling frameworks. • Implement new lead generation systems and marketing initiatives as needed. • Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for team meetings and performance check-ins. • Share regular updates with Market Center leadership for alignment. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, real estate management, or leadership roles. • Active Real Estate License required. • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams. • Strong operational, organizational, and analytical skills. • Proficiency with CRM systems, MLS platforms, and performance tracking tools. • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively. • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. • Must work in the office full-time and thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
