This is a mission-critical leadership position that combines sales operations, agent development, and business management to ensure smooth execution and sustainable growth at the local level. In this role, you’ll act as the operational sales leader, responsible for onboarding and coaching agents, optimizing performance metrics, and ensuring that EmpowerHome’s systems are executed with excellence. You’ll bring together leadership, process management, and a coaching mindset to help our agents thrive — and drive company growth. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually Bonus Potential: • $10,000–$20,000+ in the first year • $20,000+ after the first full year Profit Share: 2% of net profit growth year-over-year (paid monthly in arrears) Production Bonus: 5% of GCI on the first 5 transactions of new agents that join the team (paid monthly in arrears) Benefits Include: • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) Plan (eligible after 6 months) • Paid Time Off (PTO): • 2 weeks of vacation (accrued) Responsibilities: Sales Operations & Performance Management • Strategically assign team-generated appointments to agents to maximize conversion rates and sales outcomes. • Monitor performance metrics and adjust appointment distribution to ensure productivity and success. • Provide hands-on coaching to new agents during their first five transactions. • Guide agents through writing listing agreements, buyer agreements, and contracts. • Maintain consistent use of EmpowerHome’s proven systems and processes. • Enforce CRM best practices , including follow-up, note-taking, and pipeline management. • Track, analyze, and report agent conversion data to align with office goals. • Support agents in ramping into production quickly and effectively. Operational Leadership • Oversee all daily operational activities within the office. • Train and support operational staff, including listing managers and transaction coordinators. • Manage budgets, AP/AR tracking, and expense approvals. • Handle compliance, leases, and financial documentation with the Market Center. • Cross-train on operational roles to ensure full coverage and business continuity. • Maintain efficient office systems to ensure smooth business execution. Onboarding & Training • Lead the onboarding and launch of new agents into EmpowerHome’s systems. • Integrate new team members into the company’s culture, workflows, and processes. • Coach agents on client service, conversion strategies, and sales excellence. • Support agents in achieving early success and consistent production. Team & Client Experience • Plan and execute local team and client appreciation events in partnership with HQ Marketing. • Act as the communication bridge between local staff and EmpowerHome HQ leadership. • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture that drives collaboration and results. Systems Management & Reporting • Review tracking software (CTE or similar) daily to ensure accuracy. • Oversee CRM systems, follow-up processes, and objection handling. • Implement new lead generation systems and marketing initiatives. • Prepare agendas and materials for team meetings and performance reviews. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, real estate management, or leadership roles. • Active Real Estate License required. • Proven ability to coach, lead, and develop high-performing sales teams. • Strong operational management, organizational, and analytical skills. • Proficient in CRM systems, MLS platforms, and performance tracking tools. • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively. • High attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence. • Must be in-office, full-time, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
