Full-Time | In-Office | Leadership Role | Real Estate Operations & Team Management EmpowerHome, one of the nation’s top-performing real estate teams, is hiring a Director of Sales Operations to oversee team performance, optimize business operations, and drive sustainable market growth. This key leadership position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in sales operations, real estate management, coaching, and team development. As the Director of Sales Operations, you will play a central role in helping agents achieve success—managing daily operations, onboarding and training agents, and ensuring the team delivers a consistent, world-class client experience. As the Director of Sales Operations, you will have the opportunity to shape agent success, strengthen operational systems, and make a measurable impact across the business. Compensation • Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually • Bonus Potential: • $10,000–$20,000+ in Year 1 • $20,000+ after the first full year • Profit Share: 2% of net profit growth (paid monthly in arrears) • Production Bonus: 5% of GCI on the first 5 transactions of newly hired agents Benefits • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) (eligible after 6 months) • Paid Time Off (PTO): • 2 weeks of vacation (accrued) • 3 days of sick leave (accrued) Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing Sales Operations & Performance Management • Lead onboarding and launch of new agents into EmpowerHome’s systems. • Coach agents on client service, conversion, and EmpowerHome sales strategies. • Assign team-generated appointments strategically to maximize conversion. • Monitor performance metrics and ensure sales goals are consistently met. • Provide hands-on coaching through agents’ first five transactions. • Enforce use of EmpowerHome sales systems, CRM standards, and best practices. • Track, analyze, and report on sales and conversion performance. Operational Leadership • Oversee daily operations of the local EmpowerHome office. • Train and manage operational staff, including listing managers and transaction coordinators. • Manage the local office budget, including AP/AR and expense approvals. • Handle compliance, contracts, and financial documentation with the Market Center. • Maintain efficient workflows and ensure operational excellence. Onboarding & Training • Lead onboarding processes for all new agents and staff. • Integrate new hires into the team’s systems, workflows, and culture. • Deliver training programs designed to support fast, consistent production. Team & Client Experience • Plan and execute team events and client appreciation events with HQ Marketing. • Serve as the communication bridge between the local office and EmpowerHome leadership. • Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-driven team culture. Systems Management & Reporting • Review tracking and performance software (CTE or similar) for accuracy. • Oversee CRM usage, follow-up standards, and pipeline management. • Support rollout of new lead generation systems, including Open House, Sign, and Success Story Systems. • Prepare materials and agendas for team meetings, trainings, and leadership updates. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, real estate operations, or leadership roles. • Active Real Estate License required. • Experience managing operational staff and coaching real estate professionals. • Strong understanding of the residential real estate process. • Proficiency with MS Office, GSuite, CRMs, MLS, and data-tracking tools. • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
